What are the payment limits when I book care with my provider?
Suggested payment limits vary by region and are built into the app as a guide for contract-based work. The Helpr app tracks payments made within the app by provider and region to help you stay within those limits.
To use your full annual benefit, you may need to work with more than one care provider or use multiple types of care. Center-based backup care reimbursements don’t count toward these suggested limits.
Helpr isn’t able to provide guidance on local tax or employment rules, so if you have questions, it’s best to check with a tax professional. Be sure to follow any local regulations.
