I used backup care outside of the app. Can I use my benefit to pay for it?

If you are using in-home care for children or adults, you must book your uploaded provider in the app to have your care subsidized. Your benefit does not cover retroactive payments.

If your benefit package includes care reimbursement, you must upload an hourly or daily receipt in the app for review. Check your email for a link to set up your account for payments. Once approved, a subsidy reimbursement will be sent directly to your bank account.
