What does the benefit cost?

Upload Your Own Provider: You can book an uploaded provider to care for up to four children in your family or anyone else covered by your benefit with no last minute fees for a low hourly copay. We will let you know the hourly copay for each provider you upload and the maximum number of hours they are available for you to use once they are approved. Restrictions apply.

Center Care: Book care with your local backup care center and submit your receipt to the app to request subsidy reimbursement. Please refer to your benefits guide for your subsidy amount.

Helpr Online: Get virtual 1:1 enrichment and tutoring and lessons with experienced teachers, with a low copay per app hour used. The app will quote your copay in local currency.
