What information do I submit when I upload a provider?
When you upload a provider for approval, the app will ask you for the following:
- Provider's first name
- Provider's last name
- Provider's email address
- Provider's relationship to you (mother, father-in-law, friend, sitter, etc.)
It will also ask you:
- The postal code you will primarily be booking your provider in
- The hourly rate for your provider (please agree upon a rate prior to uploading them)
The app will let you know what your hourly copay is after you input this information. You can then review and submit your provider.
We will send you a follow-up email to let you know if the provider is approved and how many hours they are available for based on their hourly rate. We will also email the provider instructions for setting up their account.
