How many providers can I upload?

We encourage you to upload a network of providers. Depending on your provider's hourly rate, you may need to use more than one provider across your hours.

You can upload as many providers as you'd like. If one of your providers is not approved by our system, you can submit another qualified provider for approval. 

Uploaded providers are able to provide both childcare and adult care. 

Your available benefit hours can be viewed in the 'profile' tab on the app and will vary with the provider's hourly rate. We deduct hours/benefits available with each booking.
