Core Care International FAQ's

What is Core Care?

Core Care assists families in finding long-term or temporary primary care providers for anyone covered by your benefit. Helpr Care Consultants provide a compassionate approach in sourcing and selecting care based on your parameters including your budget, care philosophies, schedule, and special interests. You'll receive 1:1 consultations to figure out the right solutions for their family.

Core Care can help you source:

  • Nannies, daycares, part-time and full-time care providers for children and adults, occasional sitters, etc.
  • Backup care providers to upload for intermittent subsidized care through the Upload Your Own Provider program
  • And more!

*Please note, part-time and full-time care providers are ineligible for your backup care benefit hours.

Can Core Care help me find an occasional care provider?

We can help recruit and screen nannies, care providers, and sitters for child or adult care for permanent or occasional needs. You can use care providers we find for you through Core Care for occasional care as uploaded providers in your Helpr app. Use Core Care to find up to 3 care providers to use as uploaded providers.

How much does Core Care cost?

Core Care services do not have a copay when Core Care is included in your benefits package. Your benefits do not subsidize your care provider’s salary once hired. The exception to this, is if you have a backup care provider that you have uploaded as a provider in the app, in which case, you can use your benefit hours to cover that care at a low hourly copay.

*Benefit eligibility may vary depending on your company package. Check your benefits guide for more information.
