What are the qualifications for an uploaded provider?
Providers can be friends, family members, or other back-up care providers from your personal care network who you trust.
- Providers must live outside of your home
- Providers cannot be a spouse or co-parent
- Providers who can work legally
- Providers cannot be a current full time employee of your family, so they cannot be full-time nannies and or anyone who works weekly hours with your family. Your benefit is meant to cover gaps in your regular care.
- Providers cannot be tutors or teachers who's primary role is to support your child's academics as this is not backup care.
- Providers cannot be housekeepers who's primary role is to provide cleaning services as this is not backup care.
- Providers must be individuals, they cannot be care centers.
If a provider you upload doesn’t qualify, you can submit a different provider. You can submit as many providers as you like. Provider profiles are not public so only you can book with them.
Helpr does not run any safety or background checks on uploaded providers unless they are sourced by Core Care.
