My provider has been approved. How do I book them?

After uploading a provider in the Helpr app*, the Helpr team will let you know by email if they are approved. Once approved, we will send your approved provider an email with instructions for getting set up with their payment account - they will need to get set up in order for us to pay them.


How to book your approved provider for care with your subsidized benefit hours:

  1. Head to the Helpr app and select "Book a provider."
  2. Put in the details of your care request (time, date, and other requested information)
  3. On the "request a helpr" page, select your newly approved provider.
    1. Request care with as little as 3 hours notice and we will send payment to your provider within 2 business days of the booking completion. 
  4. Once you place a booking for care in the Helpr app, your provider will be notified by email and must accept the booking via email to be paid by Helpr.

We can only provide payment if bookings have been scheduled in the app, so please be sure to place all of your bookings there before care starts.
