Are there cancellation fees when I use my own provider?
For bookings with an uploaded provider, we do not charge a cancellation fee, regardless of when the booking is canceled. Any cancellation policy should be negotiated between you and your provider. We do not deduct the hours scheduled from the employee's benefit package if the booking is canceled.
To cancel a booking, go to the 'Bookings' tab on the app, and select the visit you would like to cancel. An alert will be sent to your provider.
Providers need to accept each booking from Helpr. They will receive an email every time you request them for a booking and can click to accept directly from the email. If your provider is not available for a Helpr booking request, or if they need to cancel an accepted request, please cancel the booking in the app to ensure you have all benefit hours available to you.
